The newest part of Subi Centro: Viridian China Green

Located directly above Subiaco Common on the former Australian Fine China site, the new Viridian China Green apartment development by Pindan brings together the creativity and craftsmanship of its previous porcelain-making tenants and the art of living, offering a balance between stylish design and a commitment to community spirit and interaction.

Designed by acclaimed architects Hames Sharley, the two five-story boutique buildings consisting of 74 apartments complement each other to provide diversity in appearance, views and options, encouraging movement and community connection.
