The Magic of Mankara
Moments from the Perth CBD and with a choice of 1, 2, or 3-bedroom designs, Mankara is a new strata-titled development for over 55's located in the City of South Perth.
Working closely with the development team, Constructive Media created a set of pre-construction CG renders and animations to promote this stunning development designed by Cameron Chisholm Nicol Architects.
Designed as a strata titled development for over 55’s, there’s no leasing, no sell-backs. Located in the leafy, established inner-city suburb of Manning in the City of South Perth, this development also has easy links to transport, not to mention the array of nearby restaurants, cafes, and more!
The CG renders created were used on printed brochures, on wall-graphics in the sales suite, and for digital distribution on web sites and touch screens.
We also created the animation to promote this development!
