Caporn Young “Highlights”

A set of 3D visuals created at Constructive Media was used to
promote the yet-to-be-built developments at 20 & 20A Mengler Ave, Claremont. With completion due in 2009, these 4×2 homes will feature reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a home theatre surround-sound system, and timer or stone floors to the living areas.

An ideal way to promote homes not yet built, or under construction, Constructive Media also created the two interior visuals to give propective investors an idea of what the finished product will look like, something you’d want to have before you part with your hard-earned cash!
