Alexander Place set to launch!

A new 54-unit development in Belmont is about to be launched by Pindan featuring 3 types of housing – loft, townhouse, and villa. A stunning pool, BBQ area and gymnasium facilities are also available making this a very attractive development to be a part of.

Constructive Media was asked to create a site map, floorplans, and 3D visuals of this development and already they have been put to good use in Pindan’s sales and marketing.

The site map was created entirely as a vector image, enabling the detail to be reproduced at any size, whether it be for brochures or for large-format on-site signage.

Beach umbrellas, BMW X5’s, deck chairs, and the BBQ’s were all created in meticulous detail – it was almost like recreating a small part of the world! The 3D visuals highlight the pool area and also represent the streetscape visible from Alexander Rd.
